Registration is via the Azur Colloque site here

Early registration fees are available only until July 29. Beyond this date additional charges will apply.

1 - Administrative registration and payment is compulsory through Azur Colloque (more below)

The conference fees cover participation and access to the whole 3-day meeting, coffee breaks, and lunches.
The gala dinner on Thursday 22nd September is included in the registration price, and we invite everyone to join us for this evening in heart of Lyon.

2 - Abstract submission is through this website as follows:

Once you have created a sciencesconf account, please log into our website and submit an abstract [here].

• You can choose your abstract to be considered for a talk, either in a scheduled symposium or separately (deadline for this is 1st September). if not selected to give a talk, you will be offered a poster presentation slot.
• You can also opt directly for a poster presentation. There will be a series of poster sessions, with posters on display throughout the meeting.
• Poster presenters will also have the possibility to provide a 2-minute blitz summary of their poster at the start of the meeting.

****ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE****

Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order (bon de commande).

Please take all the necessary information and payment tools with you before beginning the registration process (e.g. TVA number of your institution).

Note that  YOU MUST GO TO THE END OF THE PROCESS AND TO THE PAYMENT 
It is not possible to connect again later to complete or to modify your registration data!
